As an incorporated society the Lake Hāwea Community Centre requires members to operate. Levies are $10 per year per individual or organisation. The Society's financial year is October to September, with renewal invoices emailed out in September each year.
Membership
Members can be on the committee. Only members can purchase alcohol from the Community Centre bars. Members also enjoy discounts at Community Centre organised events. Members of member organisations are also full members of the Community Centre.
As a registered charity, the Society can issue official Tax Receipts for any donation received. Download and print out the paper form.
